Mountings:  Brass habaki. '34 pattern medium grade Shin-gunto mounts in good condition that appear original to the sword. Aluminum saya in good shape.
Overall Condition:  Fair. Sword appears to have been chemically cleaned with a powerful cleaner that has removed all rust from the nakago. Impossible to tell what's under there. No arsenal stamp.
