Overall Condition:  Very Good.  There were many generations of KaneYoshi, i would place this sword in a mid generation smith that worked in the 1500s or earlier.  Good clean Japanese polish.  Shirasaya has some dents.  Very elegant shape and an exceptional value.  To restore a blade to this level would cost about $2000.
