Signed WWII Era sword in Period Civilian Mounts

Dimensions: Blade Length: 26 inchesNakago: 7 inches 6 mm thick and 31 mm wide at Hamachi
Mountings: WWII era Civilian mounts, plain brass fuchi/kashira, menuki of plants. Tsuka may have been re-wrapped. Old tsuba with radiating lines pattern, one hitsu ana plugged with copper. Two piece copper habaki. Saya in good condition, may have been re-painted. A pair of mismatched seppa.
Overall Condition: Poor, Hamon clearly visible on one side but runs off the edge about two inches shy of the kissaki, hamon barely visible on the other side due to scratching. Hard to tell about the boshi. Some minor pitting. Sword has bo-hi. Has a "Showa" arsenal stamp.
