Overall Condition: The blade has minor surface rust and a little pitting all of which will come out in a polish.  There is one area of lose hada or possibly a blister and one chip in the edge about 1/16".  Both of these appear as though they will be gone with a good polish.  The saya may be usable as a military mount but not a good civilian mount.
