Long Shinto Wakizashi in Shin-Gunto mounts with NTHK papers

Tempering Pattern: Suguha in ko-nie
Dimensions:  Blade Length:  22.5 inchesNakago: 5.75 inches 5 mm thick and 28 mm wide at Hamachi
Mountings:  1934 pattern Shin-Gunto mounts in good condition, some dents and paint loss to saya, nice silver washed habaki. Mounts are matching and appear to be original to the sword.
Overall Condition:  Excellent, good polish, very minor pitting in a few places and a small ware, nice example of an ancestral wakazashi mounted for WWII use.
