Mountings: High quality '24 pattern shin-gunto mounts. The Fuchi and Kabuto-gane appear to have been cleaned down to their copper base, ito is worn but intact. The saya has had the paint removed by what appears to be a high speed buffer. High quality sukashi style tsuba and seppa with all matching numbers.
Overall Condition: Good, hefty oil quenched sword with some shallow pitting, a few small chips and some scuffing. Blade appears to have been cleaned at some point. Showa stamp on nakago.
