Overall Condition: Clean except the monouchi and kissaki area have been sandpapered.  There appears to be some temper in these areas but because of the scratches, it is difficult to give any reliable assurance of what is there.  The ha is missing temper and there is damage a little just in front of the hamachi forward for about 10"
