Overall Condition:  Excellent, high quality Japanese polish and shirasaya with NTHK papers (70-85 points).  SukeNobu was a student of Kawachi no Kami Kunisuke. Both smith's blades are ranked as Wazamono which is a top ranking for the cutting ability of the smiths swords.  This is an impressive blade with a strong active hamon with sprays and pools of nie and very well defined grain structure.
