Nicely Mounted Heavy ShinShinto Tanto

Tempering Pattern:  Suguhain ko nie and nioi
Dimensions:  Blade Length:  11.5 inchesNakago: 4.5 inches, 8mm thick, 31mm wide. 
Mountings:  Tastefully mounted aikuchi style with string wrapped handle offset by gold ore menukis.  Horn pieces missing on split saya.  But should be easily restored.
Overall Condition:  Very Good.  Some hazing on polish.  Exceptionally well forged shinshinto tanto with nicetight jihida and bright hamon.  This is a very understated but powerful tanto.
