Hand Made Katana

Signature:  Signed but i could not make it out, no arsenal stamp.  
Forging Pattern:  Could not make out
Tempering Pattern:  Toran with sharp peaks in Nioi.  
Dimensions:  Blade Length:  25.7 inchesNakago: 8.4 inches 8 mm thick 31 mm wide
Mountings:  Unusual late war shin gunto mounts with black saya and black handle base.  Mounts look original to the sword.
Overall Condition:  Fair.  The sword has several isolated rust spots and is in its original wartime polish.  The hamon has hazed but is visible at an angle.  Looks to be a well forged sword with a nicely made tang.
