Overall Condition:  Very Good.  Original wartime polish and with original 44 pattern mounts, handle needs restoration.  This is perhaps the beefiest and longest Nagamitsu that i have seen.  It is unusual to find a wartime gendaito in this length, especially with such large propotions.  This is a very nice stout sword that feels like it could cut through a Sherman tank.  Nice stout sword by this very popular Showa era smith.  Learn more about him here.
